You can initiate the payment directly to Foothills through our Pay Earnest Money link found at the top of our website. Once you click the link you will be asked a few guided questions for your Earnest Money Deposit.

Earnnest uses an ACH Payment. This is a preferred method to checks or wires, because an ACH transaction is faster than checks, cheaper than most wires and more secure.

Once you pay, a payment receipt will be generated automatically and e-mailed to you. Foothills and any other party you selected in the payment portion will also receive a payment receipt for the deposit. Once the transaction is complete you will receive a deposit receipt as well.

Earnnest uses a two-factor authentication to keep you and your account safe. Using a digital payment completely eliminates the risk of check and wire fraud all together.

You are able to use any account that is linked to your online banking that you verify while completing the deposit. However, we suggest you use the same bank account that your lender will be verifying your closings funds from.

You can enter it manually! Enter your bank, routing and account number. Earnnest will then send you two small deposits to verify your account. Once completed, your bank account will be successfully linked.
