Founder / Attorney

Troy D. Brown, established Foothills Title Services, Inc. in 1997 after serving in Desert Storm and Bosnia where he flew KC-135s with the Air Force. Graduating from the University of Tennessee in 1993 with his law degree, he opened his first office in Maryville.

Vice President

Lisa has been with us since 2002. Lisa has over 18 years of title experience and currently manages all aspects of the closing process for all of our locations.

Attorney

Katie joined Foothills Title Services in 2014. After leaving in 2020, she has returned home to Foothills, as our Staff Attorney. Katie graduated from Lincoln Memorial University- Duncan School of Law in 2013 with her main focus being Real Estate. She resides in Knoxville with two sweet golden pups!

Operations Manager

Brian is an experienced operations and technology leader with over a decade in the mortgage, lending, and financial services industries. He has led high-impact initiatives across process improvement, data and analytics, systems implementation, and organizational change. Brian has a strong track record of driving scalable growth, optimizing workflows, and aligning people, processes, and technology to support long-term business success.

His background includes leadership roles in both corporate and consulting environments, where he has built and supported solutions for mortgage lenders, financial institutions, and fintech providers. Brian is passionate about building strong teams, creating operational clarity, and helping businesses grow with agility and purpose.

Director of Business Development/Marketing

Racquel joined Foothills in February 2025, with extensive experience in title, real estate, and marketing strategy.  She brings a dynamic skill set that enhances our ability to provide premier, concierge title and escrow services Beyond her career, Racquel is deeply committed to her community and supporting local businesses. She expertly balances her career with being a dedicated mother to three college students, a proud fire chief wife, and an authentic leader. In her free time, she loves enjoying the outdoors, listening to live music, and traveling.

Christy Hamdi has called Tennessee home since she was 10 years old and has spent the past 10 years building a successful career in the title industry. After earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work from Carson-Newman University, she was a stay-at-home mom before becoming a Realtor. Her real estate experience gives her a unique perspective and allows her to guide clients through the closing process with confidence and care.

Christy and her husband have lived in Farragut for over 20 years. They have two grown children and two grandchildren, Emerson and Campbell, who bring them endless joy. Outside of work, Christy enjoys traveling, reading, running the local greenways, and spending time with family and friends.

Sue has been with us since 2013. Previously owning her own title company, Sue has over 28 years of experience in the industry.

Hollis joined Foothills in 2025. With over 23 years of experience in the industry, Hollis is passionate about guiding clients and realtors through smooth, and seamless closings. She understands that the closing process can feel like the final, and sometimes most stressful step in the home-buying or selling journey. That is why she is committed to making it as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of work, Hollis is a proud wife and mom to two college-aged daughters and two beloved fur babies. She enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling with friends, and quiet weekends at home with her family.

Closing Agent

Closing Agent | Foothills Title – Morristown Area

Tina Clevenger brings over 25 years of experience in the title industry to the Foothills Title team. A proud military veteran, Tina began her career in 1998 and became a licensed Title Insurance Producer in 2001, followed by earning her Closing Agent designation in 2002. Her extensive background, combined with five years of management experience, has equipped her with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to clear, proactive communication throughout every transaction.

When she is not serving clients, Tina enjoys playing Singo, spending time with her first grandbaby, and relaxing with her dog.

Abbi has been with us since 2012. Abbi is one of our senior processors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New York. She now calls East Tennessee home with her husband, son and twin daughters.

Candace has been with Foothills Title since 2011. Candace has worked in the title industry since 1997. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Associate degree from Concordia University Wisconsin. She enjoys spending time riding and showing paint horses.

Lydia joined the Foothills team in 2020 after graduating with her Bachelors degree in Child Development from Tennessee Technological University. She resides in Maryville with her husband, new baby girl, and her 3 year old lab.

Bridgett has been with us since 2015. Bridgett has worked in the title industry for over 21 years. In addition to closing and processing she also handles our relocation business.

Commercial Escrow Specialist

Katrina Gore brings more than six years of commercial escrow experience to the Foothills Title team, specializing in complex commercial real estate transactions. With a background in both title and banking, she offers a comprehensive understanding of lending, escrow, and title requirements, helping ensure smooth and efficient closings from contract to funding.

Throughout her career, Katrina has successfully coordinated commercial purchases and refinances, working closely with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals. She has also supported large-scale commercial development projects, including acquisitions for major retailers such as Dollar General across West Tennessee and Kentucky.

Originally from West Tennessee, Katrina recently relocated and is a proud mother of three boys. Known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and seamless closing experiences.

Marie Treichel brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate and title services to her role as Senior Processor at Foothills Title. With an extensive background as a real estate paralegal in Massachusetts, she has developed deep expertise in title examination, real estate transactions, and the closing process. Marie holds both an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.

After relocating to Tennessee in 2021, Marie has continued to use her knowledge and attention to detail to help ensure smooth, accurate closings for clients and industry partners. Her commitment to professionalism and exceptional service makes her a valued member of the Foothills Title team.

Outside of work, Marie enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and three grandchildren. She is actively involved in her church and treasures making memories with family and friends.

Lori Gadd brings nearly seven years of title industry experience to her role as Senior Processor in Foothills Title's new Chattanooga office. She is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders enjoy a smooth closing experience, with a special place in her heart for first-time homebuyers as they reach one of life's biggest milestones.

Known for her organization, positive attitude, and servant's heart, Lori enjoys finding ways to support both her clients and her community. She is actively involved at Silverdale North Ooltewah, where she serves alongside her church family, and volunteers with her children's school through the PTA and volleyball and band booster programs.

Lori and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 18 years and are proud parents to Brody and Kayla. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing by the pool, reading a good book, and making memories with her family.

Corinne Jones brings five years of experience in the title industry and a strong connection to East Tennessee. Born in Johnson City and raised in Knoxville, Corinne is a proud graduate of Bearden High School and East Tennessee State University.

Corinne is married to her husband, Dillan, and recently stepped into one of life’s most exciting roles - new mom to her three-month-old son! She loves spending time with her family and embracing this special season of life.

A true Tennessee Volunteer at heart, Corinne is also a passionate Atlanta Braves fan. She brings her Tennessee roots, title experience, and relationship-focused approach to her work, and we’re excited to have her as part of the Foothills Title Services team!

Elizabeth Anderson brings decades of mortgage industry experience and a passion for building strong client relationships to the Foothills Title team. With a career in mortgage lending since 1996 and a transition into the title industry in 2024, she offers a well-rounded perspective on the closing process from start to finish.

Known for her hands-on approach, Elizabeth takes pride in creating meaningful connections with her clients, especially first-time homebuyers. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and empathic nature help ensure every closing is smooth, supportive, and personal.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys boating and spending time with her 90-pound Bernedoodle, Knox. She is grateful to be part of the Foothills Title team and proud to work alongside what she considers the best of the best!

Mirna joined Foothills in August of 2021. She currently works in our Sevierville office. Mirna is not only a processor but also conducts closings and transactions in Spanish to cater to the Spanish speaking community. During her days off, she loves to travel and spend time with her husband and son.

Morgan joined Foothills in October of 2022. She wears many hats here at Foothills which include processing, closing and even post-closing. She was born and raised in Maryville where she still resides with her dog, Quinn, and two cats, Percy and Olive. On her time off you can find her cozying up at home with her furbabies, and her 3-year-old daughter who keeps her on her toes and newborn baby boy!

Jayme joined Foothills Title in 2024, bringing more than 17 years of customer service management experience, along with a background in insurance, to the title and processing industry. Her ability to connect with clients, stay organized, and keep transactions moving smoothly makes her a valued member of our growing team.

A true North Georgia local, Jayme lives in the area with her high school sweetheart, their daughter, and newborn baby girl! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and playing a game of pool.

Ashley joined our team in 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in customer relations, including 5 years in the mortgage industry. With a true passion for helping people and dedication to client care, she thrives on making the title process as smooth as possible. Outside of work, you can find her with a book and coffee in hand or out exploring a new trail. Whether it’s running, hiking, or traveling, she’s always up for an adventure!

Tiffany has been in the Mortgage Industry for 20 years, with the last 10 years being a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant. She was born and raised in Washburn, TN a small town in Grainger County, where she lives with her husband and 2 kids. She enjoys spending time with family and camping.

Denise brings 25 years of mortgage industry experience to her role with Foothills Title. She began her career as a Loan Originator for 10 years before transitioning into processing and Loan Officer Assistant roles, where she has spent the past 15 years building a strong reputation for efficiency, knowledge, and reliability.

Having lived in Cleveland for nearly three decades, Denise is deeply rooted in the community. She and her husband, a local real estate appraiser, have built a life centered around family and connection.

Denise is the proud mom of five, grandmother to twelve, and great-grandmother to two. Her home is always full of life with three dogs, including her 160-pound Cane Corso, Titus, along with three horses.

Outside of work, Denise loves spending time outdoors, soaking up the sun at the beach, cheering on football, attending concerts, and most of all, making memories with her family.

Paula Rauhuff brings an incredible 48 years of experience in real estate and title processing to the Foothills Title team. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for dedication, industry knowledge, and a commitment to helping transactions move smoothly from start to finish.

Paula has been married to her husband, Kirk, for 45 years, and together they have raised two children, Sheena and Dustin. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she treasures spending time with her loved ones.

When she's not in the office, Paula enjoys crafting, shopping for antiques, and taking long Jeep rides through the mountains. Her perfect vacation includes hunting trips with family and friends, followed by evenings spent around a campfire sharing stories and making memories.

With decades of experience and a passion for people, Paula is a valued member of the Foothills Title family.

Taylor Shirley brings more than 10 years of mortgage industry experience to her role as Processor and Closing Agent at Foothills Title. Originally from Oregon, she has proudly called Tennessee home since 2009. Her industry knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service help ensure every transaction is handled with care from start to finish.

Outside the office, Taylor is a passionate artist who enjoys creating original paintings and custom artwork. She also loves staying active by playing in local volleyball leagues, paddleboarding, hiking, and skating. Taylor is the proud mom of an almost 12-year-old daughter and shares her home with two dogs and a cat who always keep life fun and entertaining.

Born and raised in Georgia, Kailee Cooley is a proud Georgia native who has called Tennessee home for the past six years. She is married, a proud dog mom to three dogs, and enjoys spending her free time surrounded by family.

Kailee has been in the title industry for two years and loves the opportunity her role provides to connect with clients and real estate professionals. For her, the best part of the job is building genuine relationships and creating meaningful connections throughout the closing process.

She brings a friendly, relationship-focused approach to everything she does and is passionate about helping make each transaction a positive experience for the clients and realtors she serves.

When she’s not working, you can usually find Kailee enjoying time with her family, spending time with her three pups, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
